Project: Create snowflakes using the oil transfer method on watercolor textured paper.
Materials: Video: "K2 L6 V2 S1 Snow Flakes," watercolor paint, watercolor paper, oil pastel, plastic wrap, pen, pencil, paint brush circle templets, and salt. Objective: Learn how to create watercolor texture using salt and plastic wrap. Learn to fold a circle, draw designs and cut out it to resemble a snowflake. Create an oil pastel transfer sheet to design snowflakes on textured watercolor paper. Procedure: Watch the instructional video, “K2 L6 V2 S1 Snow Flakes," once and then watch it again as you work. Follow along and pause as needed. Take a picture of your work. Post it along with a critique. Review the procedure by rewatching the video on the home page on critiquing. Be sure to include your name and title your work on your post.
